What is your standard shipping time?

3-5 business days. Every order is packed with love from my apartment in Copenhagen – thank you in advance for your patience!
Can I modify or cancel my order?

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we expect to launch internationally in 2026 Q1!

What is your return policy?

Changed your mind? No worries – you have 14 days to return your order.

To request a return label, simply email us at hello@thecherelie.com with you order number, the email used for your purchase, and which product you’d like to return.

Before you return – please read:

We’re unable to accept your return if:

  • The item appears used
  • The item is not in its original packaging
  • The 14-day return period has passed
  • The item has perfume, makeup, smoke, or similar scents
  • The item isn’t securely packaged for return

Please note:

  • Return shipping is paid by you and will be deducted from your refund
  • You’re responsible for the item during return shipping
What is your exchange policy?

To exchange a product, simply return the item and place a new order.

How do I wash and care for my grip socks?
  • Turn your socks inside out and wash on a gentle cycle at max 30°C
  • For extra care, we recommend using a laundry bag
  • Avoid fabric softener, as it can reduce both grip and elasticity
  • Let your socks air-dry to maintain their quality and longevity
  • Store them in a dry place, away from direct sunlight
Will you extend your sizing?

Yes! We're continuously working on expanding our size range. For now, our socks comfortably cover sizes ranging from EU 36-40. If you have any questions, please don't hestitate to contact us.
